finishing department. In fact:<\/p><ul><li>Whilst the energy consumption of a washing machine is easy to calculate, is always negligible in relation to the washed garments, and is totally absent when the machine is idle, <strong>the real consumption is due to finishing operations, and this is hard to calculate<\/strong>.<\/li><li>We often switch on the steam generator at the beginning of the day, even if we start finishing one hour later.<\/li><li>We keep all the machines always operational with power and steam.<\/li><li>We do not switch off the machines during lunch breaks.<\/li><li>We leave the machines on even when we do not use them.<\/li><li>The quantity of garments to be finished often drops by the middle of the week, but the machines are constantly kept in operation.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>This means that the electric meter keeps running fast, the kW consumption increases and the electricity bill becomes more and more expensive. <\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-2ed9dfc elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2ed9dfc\" computer<\/strong> that, besides endless possibilities, options and statistics for the machine control, is equipped with a <strong>stand-by function<\/strong> that, when selected, <strong>switches off the machine after the previously set time in case of non-use<\/strong>, cutting the power and steam supply, to totally eliminate any energy consumption.<\/p><p>To use the machine again, you simply need to press a key, and a patented device will control the gradual restoration of all functions, which will be available again a few minutes later.<\/p><p>The new control panel <strong>also allows you to control production, productivity, idle times, statistics and non-compliance with production rate<\/strong> even from your personal computer.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column
