For our Shop refurbishment we chose Barbanti’s TP67 Trouser Topper, 403 upsteam Table, 467 Garment Former, TFSP Finishing Table, 520 Collar and Cuff Press and the 882 Double Buck Shirt machine.
We required high specification finishing equipment which offered both high quality finish and productivity in terms of output quantity. We reviewed finishing equipment from four different suppliers and chose Barbanti because of their customer service and attention to detail.
The Barbanti equipment that we procured was integrated into our production process and the flexibility that the various items of equipment provided has resulted in an excellent throughput of items for pressing and a good quality finish. We have achieved staff savings with respect reduction in the number of hours of labour resource required and also with the utilization of lower skilled staff to achieve similar high-quality output when compared to the traditional press which requires highly skilled staff at a higher hourly rate of pay.
We are very satisfied with the quality of output from all the Barbanti equipment that we procured and the excellent customer service.
All the items of finishing equipment that we purchased in October 2018 from Barbanti have functioned very well with no significant downtime and very little maintenance required.
From the experience that I gained in utilizing Barbanti finishing equipment in my dry cleaning and laundry business, I would not hesitate to recommend Barbanti finishing equipment to anyone who requires the combination of high-quality finish and high output.
