Model 883 is the double version of our shirt finisher. This machine, the only one of its kind, is especially distinguished for its high hourly productivity obtained with a single person, for perfect finishing quality and for high energy savings.
The simple positioning of the garments and the user-friendliness of the machine allow you to obtain immediate, excellent results even with unqualified staff. Also, thanks to the closed structure, the finishing cycle is performed inside it, making the workstation healthier and pleasant and recovering and re-using the hot air, re-inserting it in the cycle, reducing consumption and increasing productivity.
Perfect adaptability to garments thanks to the adjustable shoulders that adapt to the size of the sleeve, the performing shape of the bust and the front clamps which, by stabilising fixing, perfectly tension the garment, even in the case of very creased shirts.
The operator's well-being is enhanced, since he/she can work in a healthier environment, with simplified positioning thanks to the completely free workstation. The machine is equipped with all the safety systems including anti-intrusion devices.
Very simple maintenance also thanks to the computer on board with its diagnostics program and the rational and clean construction which allow easy access to the maintenance points.
Impeccable finishing that almost completely eliminates the need for touch-ups since it allows better drying and spreading in the more difficult zones, such as stitching and multiple layers. The operator can also intervene with sleeve positioning corrections also during the cycle, thanks to the convenient joysticks and the excellent internal visibility with LED lighting.
User-friendly to allow optimal operation in extremely fast times also for unqualified staff.
Highly automated using the Barbanti touchscreen computer equipped with software developed specifically for optimal operation of the shirt finisher in a simple and immediate manner also for inexpert operators, for management of all the characteristic functions: piece counter, customised programs, statistics, diagnostics, sharing of machine data, production and productivity.
Thanks to the optimal heat control and the cabin that allows faster drying with the possibility of also finishing of 60 wet shirts per hour.
Ecologically advanced machine, the finishing phase takes place inside the cabin with the enormous advantage of leaving the entire laundry area healthier without overheating it.
